Nutrition for Fertility, Pregnancy and Lactation!
Newly expanded course now covering nutrition for conception, pregnancy and maternal nutrition and lactation nutrition. This course is essential for those working with expectant parents or mums who have had a baby recently. Ideal for personal trainers working with mums and bubs programs so you can safely enhance post-baby body transformations.

Enrolments are daily and course packs are sent out weekly. You can complete as quickly as you need or take more time if required.

Duration: 20 hours of study (2 hours per week over 10 weeks - flexible) - complete as quickly as you choose or take more time if needed.

Accreditation: 20* CPE points from ATMS and ANTA; Nationally Accredited by Fitness Australia for 15 CEC points; 7L &7R CERPs for Lactation Consultants approved by IBLCE; 10 points approved by the NZ Midwifery Council; Approved by REPs NZ for 12.5 CECs; 18 CPE points from NHAA; may be eligible for PME points (AAMT).

Assessment:  Option to take online examination (with instant results) or a printed open-book with a optional section for diet diary case study.
